In the traditional style of txakolina from Getaria, this light and crisp wine is bottled with a little bit of residual carbon dioxide to give it its signature natural spritz. This wine provides refreshing acidity with notes of green apples and mint. It’s a perfect pairing with oysters, fish and other light, grilled meats. 
About the Producer:
This producer has been churning out humble txakolina since 1820 through five generations. Their family is well known and referred to as the “Criquet” family which is a symbol of joy and pride.
Technical Info:
Should be consumed young, and fresh served between 42 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
