About the Producer:
The chateaux dates to the 18th Century, but wine production on the property dates back further, to the 17th Century. In 1986, Peter Sachs and Colin Ferenbach, a duo from America, purchased the estate. They built a new winery, replanted vines, and discontinued selling its bulk production to other labels. They shifted to exclusive estate-bottling. Since that shift, the open distribution to over 25 countries.
