About the Wine:
The nose unfolds notes of black fruits; blackberry, blackcurrant, then spreads the toasted notes. The palate is well balanced, long and round. It reveals melted tannins and opens on a pleasant fruity finish.
About the Producer:
The Chateau Panigon estate is still, to this day, a family affair. The daughter and son-in-law of the owners, Corinne LeveilleyDadda and Georges Dadda, assumed the management of the Château in 2006, resolutely committed to producing red and rosé wines of excellence with absolute respect for Medoc traditions.
 With a progressive replanting program, the use of reasoned vineyard management techniques and investments in new farming machinery, the new management has firmly engaged in a project of modernization and quality to enable them to extract the very best from this exceptional terroir.

Vinification -  by plot, in temperature-controlled vats. Gentle extraction of the material by shedding and pumping over.

Aging  -  14 to 18 months depending on the vintage
