About the Wine:
Composed primarily of Treixadura, this delicious Galician white has terrific freshness as well as a lovely, rounded texture, with yellow fruit flavors and subtle minerality.
"Bright, green-hued yellow. Racy, mineral-accented citrus and orchard fruit aromas pick up chalky mineral and ginger nuances with air. Taut and focused on the palate, offering fresh lemon, green apple and melon flavors and a hint of fennel. About the Producer:
Goto de Gomariz carefully farms their vines organically, with some Fukuoka influence as well, so they do not spray herbicides or insecticides, and use the bare minimum of treatments to keep the vines healthy. One of the leading producers in a D.O. where there the qualitative bar continues to rise each year.
