Domaine de la Tour du Bon, Bandol Rose — 2020

About the Wine:
This is your typical example of Bandol, which is known for elegant roses. It’s complex and herbal with notes of strawberries.
About the Producer:
Domaine de la Tour du Bon is making some of the best wines in the appellation and is doing it quietly. The winemaker and owner is Agnes Henry, whose parents purchased the estate in 1968 and planted the vines themselves. Agnes believes in organic agriculture and a hands-off approach in the vinification process. Therefore, her wines are a true expression of the Bandol terroir; traditional and unmanipulated.
