This is an elegant and well-balanced sparkling wine with a long, toasty finish. About the Producer: It is produced by Gilbert Gruet whose roots are in Bethon, a Champagne village in France, where he founded Gruet et Fils. While travelling through the U.S., he became enamored by the Albuquerque landscape of New Mexico and decided to open a winery there in 1984. He specialized in Methode Champenoise and produces Pinot Noir and Chardonnay based sparkling wines.
