About the Wine: This Pinot Noir expresses fruit such as raspberries and black currants. It is delicate and recommended with white meat or game birds, but nothing with excessive sauce as it can get lost. It has an aging potential of 4-5 years. About the Producer: The Giardin family has been vinifying wine since 1570! Justin is the 13th generation to take over the family estate. They assemble several clones and plant new vines regularly to upkeep the vineyard’s health. Technical Info: Vine Age: 50 years It is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, that are 15% new. Grapes are hand harvested, triple sorted, and destemmed. Only indigenous yeasts are used.
