This Pinot Noir is elegant and rich in fruit with a concentrated palate and a long finish. Pair it with beef or game meat!
About the Producer:
Alexander Pflüger assumed the reins from his father in 2010. It had been farmed organiclly since 1989 and biodynamically since 2008. The family has carried out a passion for the soil and the way it is expressed in their wines. Although they are not members of the VDP, they use their labelling system of Gütswein, Ortswein and Lagenwein. Expect the prices to increase dramatically once he is inducted into the VDP hall of fame.
