Philippe Tessier, Chemini Noir, 2020
About the Wine: This is a rare grape and, in this bottle, you will sip on some red rose and crushed pink peppercorns. It has an expressive nose with spices and crushed violets. It’s aromatic and light enough to pair with fish. About the Producer: Domaine Tessier was founded in 1961 by Roger Tessier and his son Philippe. They have 23 ha of vines, and the vineyard lies within a microclimate that keeps the vineyards cool between the Loire River and the Cheverny forests. Technical Info: It sees stainless steel for fermentation with indigenous yeasts and then is aged in neutral oak.
