bin6south seats just 12 guests at a time — by design. The intimate scale means every dish arrives at its best, every wine pairing is personal, and every evening feels genuinely curated rather than produced.
Our chefs’ menu rotates with the seasons and the catch. You won’t find the same menu twice. Our sommelier Nanci guides wine and sake pairings — included with every seat, never an afterthought.
